Infinite Peace Love Togetherness

Mother Teresa said, "If you judge people, you have no time to love them." I have come to see clearly and empathize with my human family. What has been dancing in my mind lately is how incredibly traumatized our immediate culture and world we live in, negative thinking, negative words, sexual abuse, murder, brutality, morphed marriages, junk food consumption disease, hate, racism, betrayal, jealousy, toxic waste, pollution, political corruption, corporate battering, assigning blame, character assassination, violence in words, violence in action and so much more. Sticks and stones do break bones and names do hurt. We blindly accept these destructive actions as standard daily occurrences. The overwhelming, compelling desire for the quickness to hurt and having the last word as "normal" should be troubling. Let's redirect.

I have learned that hurt people hurt people. Let's not be desensitized by this and by what is reported on the evening news. Unfortunately, it's ok for parents to continue to divorce one family and start another, it's ok for kids to have babies as these children emulate their favorite entertainer(s) and it's cool to do drugs and get tipsy. Some of the top 40 tunes are the anthems. TV, radio, movies, music videos and video games are the babysitters. It's ok for people to play "Sunday Saint" and having the audacity to sing in the choir. It's accepted by many that our government actively ignores segments of our population victimized by horrific atrocities as seen in the documentary, Invisible Children. See: www.invisiblechildren.com. It is a wonder our species still exists. We should be angry. Yes, angry, the kind of anger that will move people to compassion, action, stand up, scream to be heard.

Very seldom, can one gone through a single day without experiencing multiple expressions of this sick and debilitating culture and world. All of this unhealthy behavior from individuals, groups, government and a humanity that has not grown up in a healthy, loving and nurturous world but rather conditioned to accept the garbage that so many consider typical. Most people have absolutely no idea what a healthy world looks, feels and tastes like, so lets not expect many to act and be healthy. I pray for compassion, understanding, forgiveness and human excellence. Jesus said, "Love one another." Perhaps if we realize that love is a verb and live love then we can begin a healing in our families, community and our world. I am consumed with thoughts on Darfur. People are being SLAUGHTERED daily. I want people to be aware that this is happening today in 2007. I want people to understand that there is a world beyond their existence. I want people stop majoring in the minors. I want people to stop walking through the tulips and gazing into the ocean as if they only matter. In other words, stop being about self. There's so many ministers/motivational speakers/life coaches preaching that your life is all about you. Preaching one thing and living a lie. Everything you do affects somebody and affects something. There is too much of the close minds and open mouths. Take a look on the various news blogs responses to very simplistic questions. I am blown away by the hate and judgment of so many people. I can only hope these people have not contributed to the gene pool.

So many live in an alienated world design by themselves with their select followers, ie sheeple. Failing to see various world conditions and incapable of discussing anything of intelligence but their mantra. Sheeple is defined by JD Mumma, president of Human Excellence as: Shee.ple: n. “People that act in ways more similar to sheep than human. E.g., People who do not think independently. People believe things without questioning sometimes referred to as "blind faith." People fail to question authority. People who believe simply because someone said it (books, TV, magazine, leader, friend...), they said it therefore it must be true. Followers that can be influenced (herded) mentally or physically to do things that may be detrimental to the health and well being of themselves, others, animals and/or our planet.”

We all should work towards ending this culture of hate caused by their "us" vs. "them" ethos and embrace the human race in amity.

Why isn't the United States focused on Darfur? They don't have any oil or diamonds for us greedy, ignorant, unhealthy, polluting, "Patriotic", entertainment idolizing Americans. Besides it's low on the money making scale for the Military Industrial Complex. Plus, they aren't threatening the righteous dogma. Nor have they threatened to use biological weapons against us like Iraq. See Iraq was thought to be a more serious threat because many people thought they were going to use chemical weapons. Even though they would have been the same chemical weapons America has patents on and supplied them with.

How does the majority respond? They respond with judgment armed with religious promoted hatred, bigotry and murder. Mahatma Gandhi said, "An eye for an eye leaves everyone blind."

Humans have justified the needless slaughtering and abusing animals, so it seems to me that many people probably think that abusing and slaughtering humans is not that much different?

How can some discuss "faith-based" help? When almost ALL "their" religious doctrine promotes violence, female abuse, subjugation, male domination, genocide and murder sanctioned by their "God". People have been lying on God and about God for centuries thus attempting to justify their motives and deeds. Why isn't "The Church" discussing this? Perhaps, it is because they enable the problem by being consumed with self; incapable of seeing a dying world. Perhaps, they are busy building mega churches. Jesus is SELFLESS. Most animals have better habits and actions. Who are the evolved ones? When are people going to see others and cherish their existence rather than contribute to their demise? Does anyone care about the heartbeat of humanity?

I wonder if people are more infatuated with death than life. The way we interact with one another is quite often destructive. Is it my illusion that we usually do not take action because we have not been taught, given the right information, modeled, experienced? People seem to be consumed with actively participating in their demise as if they are on a suicide drip. Just driving to work, one can see the road rage. People are pissed; mad at the world.

The toxins in our environment are growing. Global warming is very much a reality. It is neither a blue thing nor a red thing; it’s a moral issue. It
is an issue that all humanity needs to wake up to and start changing our habits if we all are to live.

The greed of the bling bling cost people their limbs, their lives, their families in Africa. The movie, Blood Diamond exposes that. Will the knowledge of such atrocities change buying habits? Or is the desire so overwhelming that some can push those horrific images out of sight and manage to run to Tiffany’s?

The drug demand for usage whether legal and/or illegal keeps the economy strong. Imagine if alternative medicine, herbalists and acupuncturists were covered by insurance companies. It would affect the economy if people were healthy. Physicians need the pharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals need insurance companies. It’s a definitive menage trois. Traditional medicine is big business. So why consume the junk food, GMOs (genetically modified organisms) candy, alcohol? Do
we have a death wish?

Corporate America is littered with hidden agendas. CEO's steals from their employees. Remember Enron? Corporate battery is on the rise. Employees climbing up the corporate ladder while kicking down, trampling on anybody who gets in the way. People creating a secret society of special ones who mask their true self, keeping people oppressed in fear. The innumerable lawsuits for inappropriate behavior are staggering. Respect and wisdom would eliminate the disregard of
others in the work place.

The inability to have healthy conversations without someone shoving their ideologies down our throats is a daily occurrence. Filling the air with mindless chatter is complete silliness. Intrusive questions have no place unless one is a reporter for CNN. Why do some need drama to feel alive? It’s toxic. That mentality steals and destroys.

Is your religion a division?

Why are we in war? The body count changes daily. Who win wars? Is it the side with the least body count? Nobody can intelligently answer this question. If the 10 Commandments says “Thou shall not kill” then why are there any wars? Is humanity that animalistic? Killing does not resolve anything. It takes fathers, sons, brothers, uncles away forever from their families. It rips generations to shreds. How many wars have been fought over ideologies?

Words can kill. Adolph Hitler used words, created a belief system that destroyed millions.

Open your eyes and see beyond what you think you see. Allow light to kick in do the work of the profound.

What do we all do in a world of dilemma? In the words of Brother Ali's song, Rain Water:

Albert Einstein said,“The world is a dangerous place to live; not because of the people are evil, but because of the people who don’t do anything about it.”

Do you want to live? Realize everything we do affects somebody. You can stop the suicide drip. Stop contributing to your demise. Make the conscious choice to stop dying and start living today. Choose life.

World Refugee Day has come and gone. Did you know that? It was a blurb on msn.com. NBC’s Stone Phillips didn’t report on the significance of this day, nothing on Fox and CNN certainly failed to mention it. Perhaps by not talking about World Refugee Day that causes all of us to continue to be anesthetized and participate in the sheeple mentality. The human condition throughout the world is not pretty; it is quite disturbing. What makes another human believe an ethnic cleansing is appropriately justified? There are 21st century holocausts occurring. How is it that thousands of children die daily because they don’t have common vaccinations? 11.3 million humans risk starvation. How and why are there over 800,000 human trafficking cases per year? We all know about Paris Hilton’s latest escapades. Yet to have awareness about humanity on a large scale is an anomaly. Our inactivity is deadly. It sends a message that it's ok to do nothing.

People typically do what they believe in. Choices are made based on what one’s belief is. Beliefs have caused millions their lives. The United States has been in a war or as some call it a “Peace Keeping Mission” with Iraq since 2003. Many have lost fathers, sons, uncles, husbands and friends. Who wins wars? Is it the side with the least body count? The Ten Commandments says “Thou shall not kill”. Yet to create peace, some countries initialize the process of fear to get the desired behavior(s) and if there is no compliance then there’s an air strike. You see it and hear in the evening news. It’s the 21st Century, we can take pictures with our cell phones, talk to someone on the other side of their world via email instantaneously, put a man on the moon and yet we are still out of control emotionally, unstable and primitive in our handling of international conflict. Nobody has it over anyone.

We can continue to have: divisions, prejudices, different beliefs, jealousies, indifferences, intolerance and hatred can pervade our veins so the language of discord can effortlessly escape our lips. OR we can not only quote Jesus, Gandhi, Mother Teresa and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., but perhaps allow their words; lives of light and love invade our minds so we can change the course of history starting NOW. Make everyday World Refugee Day. Webster’s dictionary defines a refugee as one who flees for safety especially to a foreign country. We all have fled something and want safety.

Change how we speak, interact, handle differences. Spread some InPeLoTo (Infinite, Peace, Love, Togetherness) today and change here and now.

Keep it conscious since we all are somebody’s child.
